Descrizione

LLM-8850 Card è una scheda di accelerazione AI in formato NGFF M.2 M-KEY 2242 da 42 mm, basata sul SoC Axera AX8850 con prestazioni fino a 24 TOPS in INT8. Si installa su Raspberry Pi 5, SBC RK3588 e PC x86 per elaborare modelli CNN, Transformer, LLM e multimodali.

Il raffreddamento attivo con micro-ventola e alette in alluminio CNC, gestito da EC dedicato, mantiene temperature stabili sotto carico continuo. Supporta runtime AXCL con API C e Python per YOLO-v8/11, CLIP, Whisper, Llama3.2, InternVL3, Qwen3 e pipeline VPU H.264/H.265 8K richiamabile via ffmpeg.
